After the carrier or carrier agency accepts the consignment plan and application, it prepares a container transportation plan, and the pre-allocated list is planned to be sent to the container terminal or station. Stations and wharves use this to issue empty containers and handle cargo handover. 3) Lead and send empty boxes. The empty containers of FCL are generally collected directly from the container terminal or station by the cargo shipper, and the empty containers of LCL cargo are collected by the container freight station. 4) Application for inspection. The consignor or freight forwarder should fill in the declaration form within the specified time limit in accordance with the relevant national regulations and according to the characteristics of the product, and review or inspect it with the port supervision department such as commodity inspection, health inspection, animal and plant quarantine, etc., according to different circumstances to avoid inspection and release Or after the inspection and processing, the relevant certificate is issued for release. 5) Packing of goods. The packing of the assembled goods shall be checked by the container freight station according to the planning list of the carrier department, and the goods indicated in the receipt of the station shall be checked and the packing list shall be printed by the computer or manually calculated according to the stowage packing requirements, and the packing list shall be made according to the packing requirements. The packing list is packed in the station. The FCL is packed in the factory or warehouse by the shipper according to the packing requirements of the FCL. For international container transportation, the customs shall send personnel to supervise and count the containers when they are packed, and lead seals shall be applied on the spot after installation. When packing, a packing list must be made for each container. 6) Ship the box to the container yard. The loaded containers shall be delivered to the designated container yard or terminal according to the time specified by the shipping department. 7) Container transfer. For heavy containers that have been sealed with lead, the container terminal or station can sign for delivery according to the inspection list of the customs or the sealing department; for heavy containers that are not sealed or do not meet the sealing conditions, they must accept the goods recorded in the box cargo delivery document. , Sign for receipt on the receipt after acceptance. 8) Exchange for bill of lading. The cargo shipper shall exchange the bill of lading from the shipping department or its agency with the signed station receipt, and then pay the transportation fee to the carrier or settle the foreign exchange with the bank based on the freight calculation of the terminal receipt. 9) Container loading or loading. The station loads the vehicles according to the container loading plan prepared by itself, and the terminal loads the ships according to the ship loading plan. 10) The shipping company or its agent shall provide the ship with a copy of the bill of lading, manifest, packing list, loading plan, list of special containers, manual of dangerous goods, list of refrigerated containers, etc., to the ship party 24 hours before the ship sails. Ship information should be sent to the port of discharge by fax, e-mail, mail, etc. after setting sail (24 hours after the offshore sailing, and within 48 hours after the offshore sailing).
