Transportation subsystem 2021-06-20 20:44:52 The role of transportation is to move the use value of goods in space. The logistics system relies on transportation operations to overcome the distance between the place of production and the place where the goods are needed, and create the space benefits of goods. International cargo transportation is the core of the international logistics system, and sometimes transportation is used to represent logistics business. The goods are transferred from the seller to the buyer through international cargo transportation operations. In the process of non-trade logistics, the logistics company transfers the goods from the consignor to the consignee. Transportation costs account for a large proportion of the prices of international trade commodities. International transportation mainly includes the selection of transportation methods, the processing of transportation documents, and the insurance and other related aspects. International cargo transportation has the characteristics of long routes, multiple links, wide coverage, complicated procedures, high risks, timeliness, internal and external transportation, and combined transportation. The two ends of foreign trade transportation refer to the domestic transportation section (including importing country and exporting country) and international transportation section of foreign trade transportation. (1) Domestic transportation of export goods in the domestic cargo transportation section refers to the domestic transportation of export goods from the place of production or supply to the port of departure (station, airport). It is an indispensable and important link in international logistics. Without domestic transportation, export goods cannot be transported from the place of production or supply to the port, station or airport, and there will be no international transportation section. The domestic transportation of export goods involves a wide range and many links, and requires all parties to work together to organize the transportation work. (2) International cargo transportation section The international cargo transportation section is the extension and expansion of the domestic cargo transportation section, and at the same time it is the bridge and link connecting the transportation of the exporting country and the transportation of the importing country. It is an important link in the smooth flow of international goods. Export goods are collected and transported to ports (stations, airports), and after customs clearance formalities are completed, they are directly shipped and shipped, and then international transportation begins. Some need to temporarily enter the port warehouse for storage for a period of time, wait for a valid berth, or ship out of the warehouse for shipment out of the ship when there is a ship. International segment transportation can be carried out directly from the loading port of the exporting country to the destination port of the importing country for unloading, or it can be transited through the international transshipment point and then shipped to the user. The development of the international cargo transportation industry will be accompanied by the rapid development of the wave of technological revolution. The bulk cargo and the containerization of miscellaneous cargo have become an important symbol of the technological revolution in the transportation industry. The rapid development of the modern logistics industry is all related to the technological revolution in the transportation industry. In modern transportation, combined transportation and land bridge transportation are important and new media-the massive use of containers, making the development and progress of international logistics shocking. The development of this large-scale international freight industry has promoted the development of the international logistics industry, and the two are complementary to each other. The transportation equipment must be developed in advance to adapt to the development of international logistics. For example, in terms of port construction, in developed countries, people generally think that it is a great waste to hold a ship and wait for a ship, and it is a leading objective requirement of the transportation industry. It is generally believed that if the operating rate of port berths reaches 30%, terminal operators can maintain their capital; if the operating rate reaches 50%, they can make huge profits; if the operating rate reaches 70%, they will drive them to set up new terminals. The main problems in my country's current international logistics transportation are: (1) Insufficient shipping power, uneven routes, and fewer ports, which affect the timely inflow and outflow of import and export goods, especially the transportation of export goods. (2) The railway is in a complete emergency, and inland exports are even more difficult. (3) The transportation capacity of some ports is not, and the oil fee has caused the freight to rise; some routes have excessive competition. For example, on the Shanghai-Japan route in October 2006, state-owned transportation companies competed with each other, and the phenomenon of 'negative freight' appeared. . In order to solve the difficulties of foreign trade export transportation, Guangzhou Logistics Company must jointly develop the fleet by the state and the local area to accelerate the construction of coastal terminals and the development of aviation.
