Operation process 1. The shipper faxes the consignment note to the consignee, and the content must indicate: SHIPPER, CONSIGNEE, NOTIFY PARTY, specific port of destination, number of pieces, gross weight, size, freight terms (prepaid, collect, third place payment), The name of the goods, the date of shipment, and other requirements such as fumigation, customs declaration, inspection and so on. 2. The shipper allocates the ship in accordance with the requirements on the shipper’s consignment note and sends a ship allocation notice to the shipper. The shipping notice will indicate the ship's name, bill of lading number, delivery address, contact number, contact person, latest delivery time, and port entry time. And the shipper must be delivered according to the information provided, and the goods must be delivered before the latest delivery time. 3. The shipper conducts customs clearance of the goods to ensure that the goods can be shipped smoothly. 4. The shipper faxes the confirmation of the bill of lading to the shipper one day before shipment. The shipper should try to confirm the return before shipment, otherwise it may affect the normal issuance of the bill of lading. After sailing, the shipper shall issue the bill of lading within one working day after receiving the confirmation of the shipper’s bill of lading, and settle the relevant expenses. 5. After the goods are shipped, the entrusted party should provide the port of destination agency information and second-way pre-allocation information to the shipper, and the shipper can contact the port of destination for customs clearance and delivery according to the relevant information.
